Our process
Request for Quote
Share your project requirements with us, including product type, dimensions, quantity, materials, finishes, hardware preferences, and any reference images or drawings. Our team will review the information and provide a quotation along with an estimated lead time.
Rendering if needed
We can create renderings to help visualize the design and communicate the concept clearly. This step helps ensure the design direction and overall look are aligned before moving into the detailed development stage.
CAD / Finishing Approval
After the quote and concept are confirmed, our team will prepare detailed shop drawings for you to review. These drawings indicate the specific dimensions, structural details, materials, and hardware required for production. Once the drawings and finishes are approved, the project can proceed to the next stage.
Sampling / Production
Depending on the project requirements, we may produce a sample for confirmation or move directly into production. This stage ensures that the product meets the approved specifications in both design and craftsmanship.
Quality Control / Testing
During and after production, our team performs thorough quality control inspections to verify dimensions, construction quality, finishes, and functionality. This ensures every piece meets our standards before shipment.
PPS for approval
This step is to ensure that the finished product aligns with the approved design and quality expectations.
Sea / Air Shipment
Once all approvals are completed, the products are carefully packed and arranged for shipment by sea or air based on your preferred logistics plan. Shipping documentation and coordination are handled to ensure safe and timely delivery.
